By accessing NexusCareer Hub and using the staffing services provided by A² Staffing, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Conduct

When using our portal to apply for roles or manage candidate profiles, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete professional information.
• Maintain the security of your account and credentials.
• Refrain from using automated systems to scrape job listings or candidate data.
• Comply with all local and international employment and data protection laws.

3. Intellectual Property

The NexusCareer Hub software, design elements, proprietary algorithms, and brand identity are the intellectual property of SG DevWorks. A² Staffing maintains all rights to content processed through the platform under their respective enterprise licenses.

4. Limitation of Liability

A² Staffing acts as a facilitator in the recruitment process. We are not liable for any employment decisions made by third-party clients, nor are we responsible for technical interruptions, loss of data, or the accuracy of unstructured job lead data transformed by our tools.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the regions in which A² Staffing operates, specifically within the jurisdictions of Canada and the United States.
